On Monday, 21 August 2023, Attorney at Law Msc. Sebastjan Kerčmar successfully defended his Doctoral Dissertation entitled ” »Indemnity according to the rules of the agency contract in comparative law«” at the Faculty of Law, University of Maribor, before the four-member committee, consisting of Full Professor Saša Prelič, Ph.D., Associate Professor Renato Vrenčur, Ph.D., Associate Professor Peter Podgorelec, Ph.D., and Assistant Professor Gregor Dugar, Ph.D. With the successful defense of a Doctoral Dissertation Msc. Sebastjan Kerčmar obtained the right to be awarded the scientific title of Doctor of Science in the field of legal studies.
