We are pleased to announce that the defence of doctoral dissertation of Attorney at law Sebastjan Kerčmar, MSc., titled »Indemnity according to the rules of the agency contract in comparative law«, will take place on August 21, 2023, at 12:00 PM at the Faculty of Law, University of Maribor. The dissertation was written under the mentorship of Saša Prelič, Ph.D., Full Professor and Head of the Department of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Maribor.

In addition to the mentor, the committee for the doctoral dissertation defence is composed of other esteemed legal experts from various faculties and universities, namely of Renato Vrenčur, Ph.D., Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Civil, Private International, and Comparative Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Maribor, Peter Podgorelec, Ph.D., Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Maribor and Head of the Institute of Commercial Law, and Gregor Dugar, Ph.D., Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana.
