In March 2023 attorney at law mag. Sebastjan Kerčmar became an expert for Slovenia at the prestigious international institute for commercial law based in Turin, which brings together prominent legal experts from all over the world who deal with commercial law, in particular with agency, distribution and franchise agreements. Among its many tasks, the Institute also provides unified accurate information in the field of agency, distribution and franchise agreements for most countries of the world and participates more or less actively in adopting or amending legislation in this field, especially at the EU level.
