On 26 November 2024, Attorney at Law dr. Sebastjan Kerčmar had the great pleasure of delivering a four-hour lecture to second-year master’s students at the Faculty of Law, University of Maribor, as part of the course Commercial and Corporate Law – Selected Topics. In the lecture, he first presented the general provisions and principles of obligations law, which, although highly significant, have been relatively overlooked in Slovenian judicial practice. Subsequently, he focused on commercial contracts, important for international trade, placing particular emphasis on the subject of his doctoral dissertation and scientific monograph – idemnity for commercial agents and others.
