The authors wanted to create a contrast in the interior between the black cube that symbolizes strength and bright offices where white is the dominant colour. The entire surface of the cube is covered with the relief motif of stylized Idrija lace by Tina Koder Grajzar, the Slovenian designer of the modern Idrija lace. With this application the authors wanted to highlight the persistance and the connecting function embodied by the thread, since the weaving and disentangling of relationships is the essence of the law profession.
